論文タイトル：Design of Interaction Process for Communication Robot to Talk Users’ Worries

概要：There are many cases when people cannot easily request support to others. If it becomes easier to consult others about one’s worries, it would be possible to prevent mental and physical disorders. In this study, we propose the design of a dialogue process for communication robot aimed at facilitating users’ expression of worries. The proposed interaction process begins with the robot asking the user for help, expressing gratitude after receiving assistance, and then inquiring about the user’s concerns. This process involves listening to users’ worries, offering ideas for solutions, and aiming to alleviate their worries. In order to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed interaction process, we compared it with the general process that does not first assist the robot. Both the proposed and comparative processes were set as experimental conditions, with the robot-worry-consulting conducted for each method. The results were then compared and evaluated based on a questionnaire. The results of the experiment confirmed that the proposed method facilitated easier consultation about worries.
